Pan Fry Salmon Fish with Indian Spices

Salmon fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, it prevents major cardiovascular diseases like hypertension, heart attack, atherosclerosis. Good for children, it has omega-3 fatty acids like DHA, which improve brain function. In small children, feeding salmon can help in preventing mental disorders like ADHD. Vitamins like A, B and D as well as calcium, iron, phosphorus and selenium. Omega-3 fatty acids help your brain work better and improve your memory. 

Pan salmon fish fry
  •  300 grams of salmon fish fillet cut into 1.5-2” cubes
  • 4-5 tea spoons of cooking oil for pan frying the salmon fish
Marination process:
  •  ½ tea spoon of oil
  •  1 tea spoon of  ginger and garlic paste
  •  ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder
  •  1 tea spoon red chili powder
  •  2 tea spoon coriander powder
  •  ½ tea spoon cumin powder
  •  2 green chilies  - slit, seed out and finely chopped
  •  Salt for taste
  •  2-3 tea spoons of curd
  •  3-4 tea spoons of lemon juice
  •  1 tea spoon of roasted white sesame seeds
  •  1/5 tea spoon of garam masala powder
Step 1: 
 Wash the salmon fish, pat dry with kitchen towel and cut into desire size (skin on/off should be as per your preference)

Step 2: Take a bowl add salmon fish pieces and start adding all the ingredients one by one and mix gently.  
Tip:  Add little bit of salt, because salmon fish contain a saltiness in it.

Step 3:
 Refrigerate the marinated salmon fish for 15 minutes

Step 4:
Heat a non-stick pan under medium flame, add 4-5 tea spoons of any cooking oil.
Step 5:
 Once the pan is hot, gently add salmon fish pieces one by one (skin should be facing up)
Step 6:
Fry for 4-5 minutes and flip the salmon fish pieces and cook for another 4-5 minutes (with skin down).
Step 7:
Once salmon fish is cooked to tender, switch off the heat and wait for 2-3 minutes before you shift back to serving plate.
