Avocado Guacamole|Chutney Recipe Process

Avocados are almost 75% good unsaturated fat and most of it is mono-unsaturated, so it's really a great thing to consume on a regular basis. Guacamole is really quick and easy to make.

Avocados are also full of potassium, vitamin K, vitamin E and B vitamins. It has very high amount of fiber, 75% insoluble fiber and 25% soluble fiber.


  • One medium ripe avocado.
  • One medium size onion and chopped it into small slices.
  • 1 table spoon of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped. 
  • Coriander leaves.

Step 1: 
Take one avocado wash it

Step 2:
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.

Step 3:
Scoop out the inner flesh of the avocado with a spoon/ knife, separating it from the outer skin.

Step 4:
Add Onion slices, green chilly, coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Paste is ready serve it with chapati / parata and chips
