Bananas are high in antioxidants, good for heart they protect from radical and low sodium content and help the cardiovascular system fight against high blood pressure. This is one fruit that's abundantly available in India all through the year. The effect of banana on skin is not something that can be ignored. Banana are rich in vitamin A, B and E and works as an anti-aging agent.

  • For healthy and strong hair we need one banana, table spoon of oil and 1/2 spoon lemon juice.
  • Smash banana to fine paste and mix with oil and lemon juice stir it evenly.
  • Apply this paste on hair from root to tip for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse with warm water cleanly.
  • Use this pack once in a week for better result.
